Hi, I'm Brigi!
I'm a certified yoga instructor, marine biologist and passionate traveler who has spent the past eight years living and working across different countries. Along the way, I discovered how much I love sharing my journey - through yoga, vegan cooking, mindful living, and stories from the road.
I created this space to inspire others while also keeping a personal journal of my experiences and adventures. Here, you'll find a mix of budget-friendly travel tips, healthy vegan meals. "What I Eat in a Day" inspirations, yoga and meditation practices, training insights, and reflectations on minimalism, van life, and self-care.
My hope is to build a community where we can grow together - finding balance, health, and joy in everyday life. Whether you're here for a quick vegan recipe, a calming meditation, or motivation to start your own yoga practice, I'm so beyond happy you're here.
